Leading operational and people management within the Experience Design organization, the full-time Design Manager will oversee the flow of design work, coordinate project intake, and enhance collaboration with Product and Engineering while adapting to AI-native product development. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Design organization, ensuring work is staffed, prioritized, and progressing Lead, coach, and develop the design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration Build strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and clarify design responsibilities and expectations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design Experience leading and mentoring designers or creative professionals Strong organizational and operational skills for managing competing priorities and coordinating work across teams Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional partners
