About the job Certified Public Accountant (CPA)


Certified Public Accountant (CPA) needs 5+ years of public accounting experience.

• CPA License, GAAP, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Tax Compliance, Financial Analysis, Advanced Excel

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations, with experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns.

• Proficiency with accounting, tax, and financial reporting software, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• 5+ years of public accounting experience.

• Experience with tax planning and consulting services.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks and cloud-based accounting platforms.

• Experience supervising or mentoring staff.

• Knowledge of small business and closely held company accounting.

• Tax Services
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for:
• Individuals
• Partnerships
• S Corporations
• C Corporations
• Trusts and Estates
• Nonprofit Organizations
• Conduct tax research and analyze complex tax issues.
• Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices and correspondence.
• Assist clients with tax audits and examinations as needed
